Healthy Cookies

SONY DSCMy kids ate these up!  Just a few healthy ingredients mashed together.


  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups quick or old fashioned oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice (I used almond slivers)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350.  Mash all ingredients together.  Grease a cookie sheet and scoop out small balls of mixture.  Cook for approximately 20 min.   Makes approximately 30 small cookies.
