My kids ate these up! Just a few healthy ingredients mashed together.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups quick or old fashioned oats
- 1 egg
- 1 T honey
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup nuts of choice (I used almond slivers)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mash all ingredients together. Grease a cookie sheet and scoop out small balls of mixture. Cook for approximately 20 min. Makes approximately 30 small cookies.
