Top 2 Habits That Damage Your Metabolism

I am a nutritionist and Stacy and I are both trainers and health coaches

Collectively helping thousands of women, we know from experience what heals the metabolism👍 and what wrecks the metabolism👎.

Today, we want to share with you the two most common daily habits that will damage your metabolism, especially for women over 40.  By the way, we feel strongly about this 💯💯💯 (100% certainty).

And if your life is extra busy or stressful, these two habits will wreck your metabolism extra FAST, causing immediate cravings, weight struggles, energy dips, inflammation, and anxiety.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have this key knowledge?

✨ Imagine understanding how your metabolism truly works.

✨ Imagine learning how to fuel and exercise your body in way that gets real results (with ease).

✨ Not just another disciplined and temporary weight loss attempt that is hard to stick with.

Top 2 Common Daily Habits That Wreck Your Metabolism:

1️⃣.  Working out on an empty belly will sabotage your metabolism.  And if you drink coffee first and then workout without food, this is the absolute worst!

Exercising without any fuel in the engine is like training your metabolism to slow down. Contrary to popular belief, you will not burn fat stores.  Instead, you will not be able to build muscle and your metabolism will show you signs of slow down (fatigue, hunger/cravings later in the day, moodiness).

2️⃣.  Taking too long to eat (refuel) after a workout will also slow your metabolism, significantly!

Obviously I am not talking about a candy bar or McDonald’s but if you eat a balanced meal within 40 minute of your workout, you will notice the immediate benefits of an optimized metabolism, like consistent energy, no cravings, and steady mood.

If you are a woman over 40 with a stressful life, your stress hormones are already activated and unstable, creating metabolism disruptions.

You may think you are doing a good thing by ramping up your exercise to get in shape but if you don’t fuel and refuel properly around your workouts, you will never be able to heal your metabolism and reach your health goals.

The good news is that there is always a small shift that you can do in order to improve your metabolism.  All these small tweaks add up to big improvements.  As your metabolism heals, you will be amazed how easy it is to lose weight (naturally) and reclaim your health.
