Top 2 Common Daily Habits That Wreck Your Metabolism:

1️⃣.  Working out on an empty belly will sabotage your metabolism.  And if you drink coffee first and then workout without food, this is the absolute worst!

Exercising without any fuel in the engine is like training your metabolism to slow down. Contrary to popular belief, you will not burn fat stores.  Instead, you will not be able to build muscle and your metabolism will show you signs of slow down (fatigue, hunger/cravings later in the day, moodiness).

2️⃣.  Taking too long to eat (refuel) after a workout will also slow your metabolism, significantly!

Obviously I am not talking about a candy bar or McDonald’s but if you eat a balanced meal within 40 minute of your workout, you will notice the immediate benefits of an optimized metabolism, like consistent energy, no cravings, and steady mood.

If you are a woman over 40 with a stressful life, your stress hormones are already activated and unstable, creating metabolism disruptions.
