Daily Affirmations for Healthy Weight Loss

Most of my clients have negative views of themselves.  I hear them saying “I’m fat” or “my metabolism is slow”.  In order to see positive changes with your body, you need to start with your mind.  Your outlook will dictate your future.  If you say your fat, most likely, you will stay fat.  Let’s choose to have a positive attitude and be grateful for your body.  I know this is very hard for some of you so I created 20 positive affirmations.  Say one (preferably out loud) every day.  Whenever a negative thought pops into your mind, repeat the affirmation and keep repeating as needed.  Do your best to feel it and believe it.

20 Days of Healthy Weight Loss Affirmations

  1. Every morning when I wake up, I am grateful to be alive.  My health is a gift so I treat my body with the respect it deserves.
  2. My body is a miraculous machine working 24/7.  It supports my every need. I release the need to criticize my body.
  3. I am beautiful inside and out.  I am a lovable person. I feel good about myself.
  4. I make important decisions every day. I choose health and wellness over illness.  Today I will make positive choices about my health.
  5. Healthy food nourishes my body.  I eat the right foods for optimum health and I feel energized and satisfied.  Excess weight is naturally shedding off.
  6. Exercise is fun and I like the way it makes me feel.  I am active every day and follow my exercise routine consistently.  I am strong and fit.
  7. I am too blessed to be stressed.  I use deep breathing daily to help me relax and handle stress.  I feel at peace.
  8. Breathing in…I feel healthy and fit.  Breathing out…I AM healthy and fit.
  9. Today I am grateful for the colorful and delicious food that brings me to full health.  My relationship with food is positive.
  10. I love and nurture myself more every day.  I listen to my body and give myself quality ME time and sleep.
  11. I will not clutter my mind with negative thoughts about myself or other people.  I love and appreciate my body.
  12. I set a good example for my family and friends by making nutritious meals.  I am proud of my healthy lifestyle.
  13. Today I am thankful for my health, vitality and energy.  My metabolism is healing with every deep breath.
  14. Life is beautiful and I appreciate life by eating right and staying active.  I am a happy, healthy person.
  15. Today and every day, I feel the positive momentum building in my life.  I feel confident that I am on the right path.
  16. Happiness is an attitude, not a number on the scale.  I refuse to be defined by my weight.  My attitude is gratitude.
  17. I feel safe and at peace with myself.  I release all negative views of myself and my body. I love myself unconditionally.
  18. I pay attention to the needs of my body. I nourish my body with healthy food and I exercise. I love my body.
  19. Today and every day, I express my gratitude for my good health.  I feel amazing and my body is transforming.
  20. I inspire other with my healthy habits and positive outlook.  People notice my how much better I look.
