Healthy Holiday Checklist

Do you get off track with your health during the busy holiday season❓❓❓

I am NOT a fan of this common holiday cycle:
➡️   Your holiday to-do list is LONG (and you are at the bottom)
➡️   You let go of your healthy daily routines (menu planning, exercise, “me” time)
➡️   You start indulging in more holiday treats and comfort food
➡️   And then you hit it hard with New Year expectations (that are not sustainable)

I know your intentions are good. You just want everyone to have a special holiday. BUT this cycle will always get you in trouble (it’s exhausting and will damage your metabolism).
What if it could be different this year?!
It’s not too late my friend! 😀

Quick reminder…

HEALTHY HOLIDAY HABITS CHECKLIST: Ask yourself these key questions to guide you back to a healthier baseline.  

🌟     Are you sticking with a morning routine that you enjoy? Get your day started right with breakfast and a little self-love (meditation, stretching, etc.).  

🌟     Are you skipping your afternoon snack? This is the #1 way to get off track. When you are tired by 3pm and you skip your afternoon fuel, this will always lead to evening cravings and exhaustion.  

🌟     Are you keeping up with your exercise? Even if you don’t have the time, stay consistent with a little activity every day.  

🌟     Are you drinking enough water?   Hydrate well my friends!  

🌟     Are you overdoing the caffeine?   This will always get you in trouble and create that “wired but tired” feeling which sabotages motivation.  

🌟     Are you scheduling in some ME time?   In order to be in JOY, you need to treat yourself right.  

Just so you know, January and February are the busiest months for us (we usually have a waiting list) AND our prices are going up in 2023.
