My FAVORITE Resources… So, you can actually enjoy the holidays and stay healthy

I know we all deal with extra stress over the holidays and struggle with our diet.

I get it!  Me too🙋‍♀️

That’s why I am excited to share my ultimate favorite resources and tools to keep you grounded during the holidays so you can actually enjoy what matters… your loved ones and your health. 💝

Do you get stressed and feel overwhelmed over the holidays?
Do you overextend yourself and put yourself (your health) at the bottom of the list?
Do you crave more sweets and comfort foods and feel yourself losing control?
Are you starting to phase back to old, unhealthy habits?

On some level, most people struggle with one or more of these.  Very common! 👈🏼

These are my top 3 resources that I use with ALL my clients!
No lie… I encourage ALL my clients to use these resources because they truly work!

Here’s my 2-step action plan to stay on track over the holidays with my 3 favorite resources that I know you will love!

1.  Take care of yourself 🥰
Just because it’s the holidays, please continue with your healthy habits that feel good.
💗 Get good sleep
💗 Make time to be active every day
💗 Plan ahead your meals each week
💗 Eat nourishing foods
💗 And no skipping meals

2.  Stop multitasking and putting too much pressure on yourself 💪🏼

3. Well, these are my two go-to resources that will help you stay grounded so you can keep a healthy perspective over the holidays (and beyond).

3-Minute Positivity Journal:  I stumbled upon this author and journal a few years ago and I am obsessed.  All you have to do is dedicate 3 minutes in the morning and evening.  Unlike blank journals that feel overwhelming, this one will prompt you to write about sweet little topics that will keep you more organized and happy with your thoughts (and actions).

Insight Timer Meditation App: I have been meditating with this app for approximately 8 years and I love it!  With over 100,000 free meditations, I feel like there is something for everyone (meditation for beginners, anxiety, sleep, morning energy, breathwork, and work stress). If you meditate just for a few minutes daily, I know you will feel calmer and make smarter decisions about your daily choices and your health.
