INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa (use leftovers from dinner)
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup of milk (I’ve found that 1/2 unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 coconut milk taste the best)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Use stevia as needed for sweetness
PREPARATION
- Mix cooked quinoa, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes or cook slowly on a stove top. Sweeten to taste with stevia. Add hemp seeds and berries for a complete breakfast.
