Sweet Protein Bread (gluten free)

Gluten Free Protein BreadThis recipe (topped with white chocolate chips above) is excellent, a great way to make a quick, healthy desert, breakfast, or gift. This can be made in 30 minutes tops (including bake time) and contains no artificial preservatives, sodium, or added sugars.

Ingredients:
-4 Tbsp whey or plant based protein (any flavor-makes the flavor of the bread, I used strawberry)
-1 Tbsp baking powder
-1 1/3 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 1/2 Bananas (smashed)
-2 egg whites

Directions:
1. Mash bananas until they become similar to pudding like texture. Combine with the rest of the wet ingredients.
2. Mix dry ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry ingredients by folding mixture together. Be careful not to overmix!
3. Bake at 350 degrees for ~15-20 minutes. Top with chocolate chips or add dried fruit to mix it up! Enjoy.
