💋Here is a KISS plan to a healthy body and mind:💋

🚫STOP searching.  🚫STOP asking a million questions. 🚫STOP planning every detail.  

👉🏻 Just be ok with where you are right here, right now. If you can let go of those feeling of overwhelm, you will reduce your stress hormones and feel better immediately. When you are calmer, you will also make smarter decisions. 

👉🏻 Now, it’s time to figure out a plan but I want you to listen to your intuition, not the fearful ego brain. So take a few deep breaths and ask yourself… What’s the next simple step I should take for a healthy body and mind?  Remember, we don’t need to figure out a master plan – just keep it simple stupid.

👉🏻 Now, listen to your intuition and check in with it daily.  The more you are listening to your body and your heart (instead of your anxious brain), the faster you will see success and enjoy your wellness journey.
