Do your ears perk up when you hear of a new diet? 

One of my coaching clients made this profound statement that might make you rethink dieting.

“I no longer have FOMO (fear of missing out) of crash diets.  I’m not even interested!”

I am sure we can all relate to these scenarios:
😵  You’re talking with your neighbor about how she dropped 20 pounds in the last few months by Intermittent Fasting.  It’s so easy and she loves it.
😵  Your high school friend looks amazing.  You ask her what she is doing.  She says that Keto is the way to go.

Well if it worked for them, it might work for me too, right?
Maybe that’s what I what I need to do next!

And the research/diet cycle starts again.

Our inquisitive minds are programmed to find answers.
❓  If you want to lose weight, you will always be searching for weight loss options.
❓  If you want to be pain-free or get off of meds, you will be seeking out solutions.

The only problem is that there is too many diets out there!  Too many fads!  Too many magical products!
And so-o-o-o much conflicting information!

If you pursue all these avenues, it will drive you crazy.
All that research only leads to feelings of overwhelm and more confusion.
And the worst part is that you are damaging your metabolism with every short-term fix.
