Are you eating enough food? 🍴

Too many times, I see women who struggle with their weight sabotage their success because they do not eat enough.

They believe if they eat less (and exercise more), this will cause a calorie deficit and they will drop weight.

If you are 20 years old with a rip-roaring metabolism then yes, this tactic will work (temporarily).
