Peanut Butter Smoothie

Easiest and tastiest smoothie ever.

• 2 ripe bananas (if bananas start go bad, peel and freeze for smoothies)
• 1 heaping Tbsp real peanut butter or other nut butter
• 1 handful of fresh spinach
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (So Delicious) or almond milk (Blue Diamond)
• 1-2 scoops of Daily Sustain Protein (my favorite pea/rice blend that tastes awesome)
• water and ice, as needed to blend

Throw it all in a blender and add water and ice for desired consistency. It turns a little green from the spinach but I bet you can’t taste it. Makes approximately 2-3 smoothie servings.
