Betsy’s Favorite Detoxifying Foods: Raw veggies, avocados, nuts and seeds, beans, garlic, lemon/lime, fruits, and green tea
Sample Detox Diet Plan (taken from my 9 Day Natural Detox Program):
Brk: Oatmeal with berries, ground flax meal, and pecans
AM Snack: Fresh fruit, nuts, and veggie sticks
Lunch: Mexican salad with beans, corn, tomatoes and jicama
PM Snack: Hummus with veggie sticks and rice crackers
Dinner: Brown rice tossed with olive oil, garlic, steamed veggies, and pine nuts
