  • How important a mom’s role is
  • How women tend to put everyone’s needs in front of their own
  • How overextended and overwhelmed moms are
  • How so many women struggle with their mental and physical health
  • How moms deserve so much more

So mamas, this is for you.

👉  For the moms with teenagers (that’s me😫)
👉 For the moms with adult kids (who still worry nonstop)
👉 For the grandmoms

So, let’s start with a deep breath.✨  Inhale.✨ Exhale and let out any stress.✨ Let go of your to-do-list.✨ Let go of your busy schedule.✨

You are here reading this right now because you are a mom and you know how tough the journey is.  You continue to put your all into your children but it’s starting to wear you down, physically and mentally (or maybe you are already burned out). I want you to know that you can have it all – a healthy relationship with your kids and time for you and self-care.  It is 100% possible but you need to want it.  Your physical and emotional health needs to be your priority.   I get it… Emergencies will happen and kids will demand your time and energy but it’s absolutely essential that you create healthy daily routines that make you feel good and fill up your tank (so you can continue to be an amazing mom).

Honestly, if you don’t take care of yourself…
If you don’t take time for YOU everyday…
If your nutrition is in the gutter…

You will crack (and I’ve seen it too many times).   When you do not respect yourself, you will struggle with your relationships with everyone and everything in your life (your kids, your spouse, your coworkers, yourself, food, exercise, sleep).  So, I am here to tell you that you are worth it! You deserve to be happy and have peace of mind. I want this for you so bad.

In my 20+ years of experience as a nutritionist and as a mom of three, I know you need these 5 elements for true success:

  1. You need stable blood sugar and calm stress hormones. Your blood sugar/insulin + stress hormones/cortisol are the key concepts that can revitalize your metabolism or wreck your metabolism.  If you want to lose weight the right way, you will need to understand these root issues that are controlling your metabolism.
  2. You need a step-by-step learning system that is not overwhelming.  As moms, we are already juggling too much and multi-tasking non-stop.  The last thing you need is an extreme diet with lots of monitoring and measuring and confusion.  Instead, I want you to learn the right way to fuel your metabolism and learn in a way that is super clear and easy to follow.
  3. You need to address all the key areas to heal your metabolism (forever) – organization, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindset.  It’s always so much deeper than just what not to eat!  I know it may sound a bit overwhelming but what it really comes down to is creating daily routines that you enjoy and feel right.
  4. You may need mentorship and coaches that personalize a realistic plan for YOU.  As a coach, I get to know you – your health concerns and symptoms, your family schedule, your cooking ability, your preferences, and your personality.  It’s my job to assess and pinpoint your root problems and create a realistic plan (step-by-step, in the right order) that you can stick with.
  5. You need consistent accountability and support… Not another friend or neighbor telling you about the latest diet or medication to lose weight.  With weekly coaching and accountability, you don’t have to feel alone.  You don’t have to quit again and again, every time you get off track or your busy schedule changes.
