Healthy Holiday Habits Checklist πŸŽ„

During the busy holiday season, it’s easy to get off track with your health. Taking care of yourself and your health may be last on your list.

It’s a very common cycle! After the whirlwind of holidays and feeling out of control with your health, most people hit it hard with New Year expectations which usually doesn’t last. 

These on/off cycles will always get you in trouble. Even though your intentions are good, they will damage your metabolism.

Here’s a HEALTHY HOLIDAY HABITS CHECKLIST to keep you somewhat on track. πŸ“ƒ

In my opinion, these are the key questions to ask yourself.

~Are you sticking with a morning routine that you enjoy? πŸŒž

~Get your day started right with breakfast and a little self-love (meditation, stretching, etc.). πŸ™πŸΌ

~Are you skipping your afternoon snack? This is the #1 way to get off track. When you are tired by 3pm and you skip your afternoon fuel, this will always lead to evening cravings and exhaustion. 🍎

~Are you keeping up with your exercise? Even if you don’t have the time, stay consistent with a little activity every day. πŸ’ͺ

~Are you drinking enough water?  Hydrate well my friends! πŸ’¦

~Are you over-doing the caffeine?  This will always get you in trouble and create that “wired but tired” feeling which sabotages motivation. β˜•

~Are you scheduling in some ME time?  In order to be in JOY, you need to treat yourself right. πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
