Most clients come to us confused. They’ve been around the block with lots of diets and various ways to count, weigh, measure, and track. They know A LOT about all these food numbers and details…

BUT do they know how to truly fuel their metabolism??

If you are one of these people and you are still reading this, then I am assuming that the answer is NO.  

👉🏼 And it’s frustrating to waste so much time and energy researching and trying out all these different methods. And don’t get me started on the mental exhaustion.  

👉🏼 It’s the #1 complaint I hear… “I am so overwhelmed and frustrated from all my efforts to lose weight. Nothing seems to work anymore and I don’t have the willpower to stay consistent.”

How do you fuel your metabolism so you can lose weight naturally ❓❓❓

There are 2 key pieces of the metabolism puzzle:

1️⃣  Stabilize your blood sugar

Even if you don’t have blood sugar issues or diabetes, this is still essential.  When your blood sugar is off a little bit, your body feels it… Cravings kick in, your energy and mood are off.  These are all common symptoms that you are damaging your metabolism.   The best way to stabilize your blood sugar (and rev your metabolism) is through small balanced meals and snacks with the right portions and types of carbs balanced properly. In our Metabolism Mojo Coaching Program, we teach these principles and provide our clients with personalized menu plans factoring in all these key concepts.  The best part is that these are simple concepts.  Once you learn how to fuel your metabolism and menu plan properly, it’s quite easy!

2️⃣  Calm down your stress hormones

It’s quite obvious that most busy Americans are struggling with overactivated stress hormones (cortisol) these days and it is sabotaging their efforts to lose weight. If you feel stressed, overwhelmed or frustrated, I am sure your stress hormones are on overdrive too.

The good news is that once you calm down your stress hormones, you will be able to lose weight and see results much faster.  You will set yourself up for success and feel good.
