Who We Are
Stacy and I met on the dance floor at a school fundraiser. As the craziest dancers out there, we immediately connected. Other than being goofy moms, we learned that our health passions and careers aligned too.
I'm Betsy Markle, founder of Sunshine Wellness. I'm a Registered Dietitian and a Holistic Nutritionist with over 20 years experience. However my true purpose goes beyond nutrition. I love helping women balance it all (nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindfulness, fun, and an organized family home).
I am so blessed to have such an awesome partner. To say that Stacy is passionate about fitness is an understatement. She has two degrees in exercise science and has been coaching for over 20 years
Both of us have always wanted to take our expertise to an online space to help more people and after that night on the dance floor, we've been rocking it ever since. We've combined my nutrition program with Stacy's fitness knowledge, along with our positive energy, to create our fool-proof system, Metabolism Mojo.
