Mango Carrot Smoothie


  • 1.5-2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 fresh banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into chunks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and rough-chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • ice


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Add more water or juice until your desired consistency is reached.  Serve and enjoy!
