There are so-o-o many programs and diets that promise amazing results.  Our clients have tried most of them. Some may have even worked for a bit but in the end, they were not sustainable and inevitably, the weight always came back (plus some extra pounds).  🤦🏽‍♀️

When clients first come to us, they are frustrated and disappointed, as well as overwhelmed with too much information and no solutions. Maybe you feel the same way? 🤔

This is why we created our coaching and learning system… To stop this unhealthy cycle of dieting and frustration that only leads to a damaged metabolism.  Our mission is to empower women to lose weight effortlessly, overcome cravings, and improve energy so that they can heal their metabolism and ditch dieting forever.

I’ve been receiving quite a few questions about our Metabolism Mastery Call, so I thought I’d go ahead and answer them for you as well, in case you have similar questions…

Q: Are you going to help me lose weight?

✨ Yes and no. We will go through your personal history so I can learn more about you. Then I’ll walk you through the plan that has changed the lives of hundreds of women just like you.

✨ Having a plan is the ultimate way to revive your metabolism so that you can drop weight naturally, reduce inflammation, feel amazing, and sustain it!

✨ Then we’ll talk about what isn’t working. That’s almost as important as what does work.

✨ You’ll want to bring a piece of paper and a pen to take notes and if at the end of the call you’d like more information on how I can best support you we can discuss it.

Q: How much time will the call take? ⏱️

About 45 minutes. I have a strict outline I go through so that I can provide you with the support and guidance you want and need.

Q: I don’t like to cook, how much cooking will I need to do? 👩🏽‍🍳

If you hate cooking, then let’s minimize kitchen time for you.  When menu planning, you get to pick and choose what you like and what fits into your schedule.  Most of our meals and snacks are super simple.

Q: Do I have to buy anything extra, like shakes or supplements? 💊

No!  I am just a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach who is excited to help women lose weight and heal their metabolism so they no longer have to struggle with cravings, low energy, gut issues and low self esteem.  If you are a good fit, I am excited to walk you through the plan that has helped hundreds of women but I definitely will NOT push any products on you.

That’s a great question! ❓

The short answer is yes, there is a program that gives you the step-by-step plan to heal your metabolism so you can lose weight effortlessly and feel amazing.

The thing is, our program, Metabolism Mojo 1:1, isn’t for everyone. If after we have our free consultation and I determine that you are a right fit, I’ll ask if you’d like more information.

There’s no no catch and no pressure. I have strict criteria for who I work with in our Metabolism Mojo System. Either way, you’ll leave our call with specific strategies so you can start to lose weight (the right way) and reach your health goals.
