Think you are a pansy?

Am I being a pansy?

Random, right?  This question is better understood in context.

I met a sweet woman who only needs to lose 10 pounds but she is struggling with a lot.  She had a tough year filled with family loss and drama that is weighing on her.  She knows a lot about nutrition and used to find it easy to drop 5-10 pounds as needed.  But since she is post-menopausal and since her stress hormones are on overdrive with this tough year, her body is now rebelling and all her old strategies are not working.  She’s overwhelmed, exhausted, and her body is in way more pain.

So after sharing how our Metabolism Mojo Coaching Program can help her, she was all in.  But then she started to question herself.  

“Since I have the time and lots of nutrition knowledge, I should be able to do this on my own.  Am I just being a pansy by paying for your help and this program.”

It’s a legit thought but personally, I think the opposite.

I think it takes balls to ask for help.

  1. You can stay right where you are.  You can continue with your current habits and patterns and you can expect the same outcomes.
  2. You can use your time and energy to research different options for you. This path usually requires a lot of trial and error, organization, and patience.  
  3. You can ask for help.  With personalized menu plans, exercise plans, and true understanding of your metabolism, you can see fast results and feel confident about your future. Never diet again (NDA). 

Which phase are you in?

Even though #3 seems like a no brainer, most motivated people live in #2 (DIY Nutrition).  

To be real, doing it yourself is not easy.  There are so many different views and diets out there that can damage your metabolism.  It usually leads to non-stop questions, worries, and doubts.  Because of all this confusion, most people stay here most of their life or they give up.
