3 Invisible Fears that may be keeping you STUCK

After working with hundreds of people inside of our Metabolism Mojo Coaching Program, we have realized that ALL of them had to get over at least one or more of 3 major fears before they were able to get unstuck.

Today, I am proud to say that almost all of them have solved their metabolic puzzle and are losing weight with ease.  Not only have they dropped unwanted pounds and eliminated horrible symptoms, but they have transformed their mind as well, releasing the unneeded drama and stress (which always halts forward momentum).

Through the years, I have written so-o-o many articles in hopes of educating and motivating you.  Sometimes I mention our Metabolism Mojo Coaching Program, but usually not.  

Today, I have decided to be upfront and talk about our main program because who knows…

👉Common Fear # 1: How will I know this will work (when nothing else has)?

I get it.  It’s really hard to trust that our coaching program will work for you especially when you’ve been trying to lose weight, control your cravings, and build healthier consistent routines for a long time.   Maybe you don’t feel confident that you will ‘stick to the plan’ or that life will derail you because that is your prior experience.   Our Metabolism Mojo Coaching Program was created to support you through these common struggles.  That is why our coaching goes well beyond just nutrition and exercise recommendations.     We get to know you.  We help you get organized so you can declutter your brain and stay focused.  We guide you through the mental self-sabotage with coaching and resources and daily routines that work.And we meet with you every week for 3 months!

👉Common Fear # 2: “I don’t have time”

This is a powerful one for my clients. Most women are so busy and overextended. I totally get it and I don’t expect that to change.   That’s why our coaching program is so amazing. It saves you time! When you get organized with the menu planning process and your daily routine…   It’s faster to menu plan and shop each week. There’s no confusion near dinner time, figuring out last minute take-out. You’ll be working out smarter, not harder and longer (and you’ll have more energy) Your mindset will want to set aside more time for you. It’ll become clear and easier to release the things and obligations that aren’t serving you.

👉Common Fear # 3: “I can’t afford it”

❓How much are your health goals worth to you? And I’m not talking about the typical New Year’s Resolution of losing 10 pounds.   ❓I want to know how much it’s worth to you to gain control of your health and your weight so you never have to worry about it again.   ❓How much is it worth to wake up with energy, feel good in your body (every day), and confident in your mind?

That you have 100% clarity with your nutrition choices, knowing that they are fueling your metabolism so you can reach your goals faster.

🔴 That you can get up and down from the floor easily without pain.

🔴 That you can have more energy and fun with your kids/grandkids.

🔴 That you can stop the monkey brain and have more peace of mind.

🔴 That you can be consistent with your daily routine and feel proud of it.
