Greek Style Fries Supreme

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 8 oz Frozen French Fries
  • 2/3 Cucumber (medium, chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (medium, diced)
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives (pitted, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs Water


  1. Cook the fries according to package directions.
  2. Top the fries with cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Whisk the Greek yogurt and water in a bowl. Drizzle over the fries and enjoy!


  • Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
  • Dairy-Free: Use vegan cheese and coconut yogurt.
  • More Flavor: Add salt to taste and freshly chopped herbs.
  • Additional Toppings: Red onions, avocado, cooked chicken breast, ground beef, or salmon.
