If I choose to start my day with a smoothie it will always have some type of greens mixed in. There’s no better way for me to start off my day knowing I already had a serving or 2 of vegetables.
- 1 banana
- 1 very ripe mango
- large handful of collard greens
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (I prefer So Delicious Brand without sugar added)
Blend until smooth. Feel free to add water or ice for your desired consistency.
