Blueberry Mint Smoothie

  • 3 handfuls Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Hemp seeds
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 cup Nutmilk (unsweetened, almond or coconut)

Throw Blueberries, Banana and Agave Syrup and blend til smooth, and then after throw the rest in the blender til smooth! Its soo delicious!  Blueberries are high in Antioxidants! They are a great source of vitamin C, potassium and magnesium!  Mint is really good for the digestive system in which it relaxes the smooth muscles in the stomach. It may help out with recovering your stomach ulcers!
