Best Salad Dressings at the Store

Lots of people try to be healthier by eating more salads but then they ruin it by adding crappy dressing.  And believe me…90% of the dressings sold at stores are unhealthy.  Many contain cheap oils, too much sugar, and yucky additives.  After in depth research and listening to my client’s preferences, I have found the holy grail of dressings!

  • Braggs
    • 99% of the ingredients on the label are organic
    • None of the dressings contain inflammatory ingredients (e.g. soy and dairy)
    • Low in sugar
    • Many different flavors to choose from
    • Cons: some of the dressings need to be taken out from the fridge a few hours before serving because they mostly have olive oil, which solidify in the fridge.
  • Primal Kitchen
    • 99% of the ingredients on the label are organic
    • None of the dressings contain any inflammatory ingredients (e.g. soy and dairy)
    • Low in sugar
    • Many different types of flavors to choose from
    • Cons: Has mixed reviews because it is so clean.  Tastes unique because avocado oil is the base.
  • Briannas Home Style Dressing
    • Low in sugar
    • Mostly clean ingredients
    • Many flavors to choose from
    • Cons: contains non-organic canola oil which can cause inflammation for some people, but it is better than soy
  • Annie’s
    • Low in sugar
    • Mostly clean ingredients
    • Many flavors to choose from
    • Cons: contains non-organic soy and canola oil which can cause inflammation for some people.
