Sweet Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients:untitled
2 Tbsp of raw sugar or brown sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp olive oil
2 can chick peas
Agave (garnish)

Directions:
1. Drain the chickpeas and rinse thoroughly. Toss with sugar, cinnamon, and olive oil. Lay on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for approximately one hour or until crispy.
2. Optional: Drizzle with agave syrup upon cooling to finish with a light glaze. Enjoy!

Approximate Serving Size is 1/2 cup

Note: Chick peas are an excellent source of fiber.
Tip: make extra and save to add to salads or trail mix as a delicious snack!
