This smoothie is super simple and refreshing! You can really use any berries with this smoothie, but I chose to use strawberries. All berries are rich in nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals…so drink up! Balancing out the smoothie with protein makes it a doable breakfast on the go or a midday snack. For kids, you can pour this smoothie into Popsicle molds and freeze.
Strawberries and Cream Smoothie
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 6 oz of plain greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- ice (optional)
- stevia (optional)
Blend together and enjoy!
