This Cashew Cream sauce, which gives a cheesy type texture without the dairy, is great with Kale!
Kale is one of the most richest sources of calcium, as well as your good dosage of vitamins C, A, and K! It also contains a good source of magnesium, dietary fiber and tryptophan (a type of protein to make you feel good). The Cashew is a delicious nut containing thiamine, calcium, and phosphorus. Cashew nuts helps maintain healthy gums and teeth, give you energy, and promotes good cardiovascular health!
You can use this Cashew Cream sauce with any other salad, like spinach, lettuce, brussel sprouts, or broccoli.
