Kale Chips

Directions:

Pull apart and remove middle ribbing of the kale. Cut into chip size pieces. Rinse and dry well (needs to be completely dried). Toss kale pieces in oil and salt. On a baking sheet, separate pieces the best you can and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. For more flavor, feel free to experiment with garlic, lemon pepper, crushed red pepper, apple cider vinegar, or lemon zest.
