Healthy Cookie Recipe that Your Children Will Love!
- 3 bananas
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1. cup chopped dates – put spray oil on the knife to keep the
- dates from sticking to the knife
- 1/2 chopped walnuts
- 2 c. oats (use Gluten Free oats if you have a severe gluten intolerance)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 c. wheat germ, optional
Mash bananas, add dates and oil and beat with a fork. Add rest of ingredients. Mix lightly and let stand for a few minutes so the oatmeal can absorb the liquids. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
