Try this healthier tuna salad by adding in more veggies and using 1/2 mayo and 1/2 Greek yogurt.
- 3 cans of Albacore Tuna packed in water, drained
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 -2 large celery sticks, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 heaping Tbsp real mayo
- 1 heaping Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Mix well in a bowl and store in frig. Makes about 8 servings.
