Healthier Tuna Salad

Try this healthier tuna salad by adding in more veggies and using 1/2 mayo and 1/2 Greek yogurt.

Ingredients:Tuna salad

  • 3 cans of Albacore Tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 -2 large celery sticks, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 heaping Tbsp real mayo
  • 1 heaping Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Mix well in a bowl and store in frig.  Makes about 8 servings.
