Greek Layer Dip

Love this healthy dip!  Perfect for parties!

Depending on your container, ingredients portions are going to vary.  For all of you precise measurers, I’ll do my best to spell it out clearly.


  • Hummus, 1 container
  • Tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
  • Cucumbers, chopped into small pieces
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Kalamata olives, sliced
  • Spring/green onions, chopped
  • Feta cheese
  • Optional Ingredients: Roasted red peppers (chopped), Artichoke hearts (chopped)


  1. In a clear glass container (I used a 9 x 9 dish), spread a layer of hummus approximately 1/2 inch think.
  2. Sprinkle on tomato and cucumber pieces as your next layer.
  3. With a thick knife, spread a thin layer of plain Greek yogurt on top of the tomatoes and cucumbers.
  4. Next is the fun part.  Top these 3 layers with your favorite Mediterranean ingredients.  A definite for me is a thin layer of Kalamata olives.
  5. Next, I sprinkle on green onions and feta cheese.
  6. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.  Serve with thick cucumber slices or pita chips.
