A new twist on oatmeal. So easy and tasty!
- 2 cups oats (quick or old fashioned)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8×8 or 8×10 pan with coconut oil.
- Add all ingredients (except sliced almonds) to a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to baking pan and bake for about 45 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
