Almond Banana Pancake – 3 Ingredients

My cousin swears by this 3 ingredient Paleo recipe.  And from my point of view, it is a balanced recipe with carbs, banana pancakesprotein, and healthy fat.  It’s a new family favorite.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • Optional: Add extra nuts/seeds for crunch

Mix these 3 ingredients well.  Mixture will be a little running.  Silver dollar size pancakes works best.
