My cousin swears by this 3 ingredient Paleo recipe. And from my point of view, it is a balanced recipe with carbs, protein, and healthy fat. It’s a new family favorite.
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- Optional: Add extra nuts/seeds for crunch
Mix these 3 ingredients well. Mixture will be a little running. Silver dollar size pancakes works best.
