Betsy’s Favorite Daily Sustain Smoothie Recipes

I am not exaggerating when I say that I LOVE my Daily Sustain Protein Shake and that I drink one almost every day.  Compared to most smoothies, they are low in sugar, filled with quality vegan protein, and have tons of vitamins and minerals.  And most importantly, they taste great.  I carry Chocolate and Berry Flavors and these are my 2 favorite smoothie recipes:

Chocolate PB Smoothie:Daily Sustain Smoothies

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Daily Sustain
  • 1 T peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 banana
  • LARGE handful of greens
  • ½ – 1 cup water
  • Bunch of ice
  • Optional: I love adding a few drops of mint extract!

Berry Coconut Smoothie:

  • 1  scoop Berry Daily Sustain
  • 1 T coconut oil or nut butter
  • ½ cup berries (all fruit works well)
  • LARGE handful of greens
  • ½ – 1 cup water
  • Bunch of ice
