Stay on track over spring break

Got any plans for Easter or Spring Break? 🐰

Whether you are traveling, vacationing or seeing family, we all know these kinds of “happy” times can disrupt our daily routines and healthy habits.

That’s life my friends.  Life can be tough and distracting.  And life can be joyous and also get us off track.

Unfortunately, these fluctuations will wear you down and damage your metabolism.

But it doesn’t have to be so extreme.  I want you to know that it is 💯% possible to find more life balance and truly gain control of your routines and your health.

First, I want you to pay attention and ask yourself… Do you usually struggle with getting back on track after a holiday break or trip?

If so, we need to rewind and investigate.

You see… There’s a reason why you may sway to extremes with your vacations and family get togethers.

It’s not about willpower or determination (when you get back).

If I were an investigator, these are my questions for you…

  • Do you feel overworked or overwhelmed (like you deserve a vacay)?
  • Are you exhausted (like you NEED a vacay)?
  • Do you tend to sway with your habits (diet/binge, plan ahead/no plan, exercise/no exercise)?
  • Are you sick and tired of monitoring your diet?
  • Do you need caffeine or sugar to get through your day?
  • Do you get nervous or anxious for trips and family events?

The answers to these questions paints a clear picture of your future.

If you answered YES to one or more of these, then most likely, you will rebel on vacation.

And I get it… A little rebelling (some cocktails, yummy food, and letting loose) is awesome! 🌴

But swaying from one extreme to another will wreck your healthy mojo and your metabolism.

So, for Spring Break this year… Obviously, I want you to plan ahead.  Do the logical things, like packing healthy snacks, picking smarter choices at restaurants, carrying water with you, and staying active.
But to be real with you… The true answer is to create healthy daily routines that support your metabolism, hormones, body and mind.
This does not happen overnight. 🌙

The good news is that this wellness journey can be fun and feel amazing (if you do it right). ✨✨✨
