My failed health attempt 👎

This year, one of my goals was to get my kids more involved in dinner prep. 

And guess what?… I rocked that goal. 😁  
I designed a plan – I had special meetings with each of my three kids.  They decided on three meals that they enjoy and want to make.  We got organized with the recipes, set days aside, and I shopped accordingly.  For about one month, I was so dang proud and excited.

But then, guess what happened?? ☹️
Life happened and got hectic again.  Sierra got a job and Mason started two sports teams.  My cooking rotation got thrown out the window.

I could look at this as another failed goal but as a health coach, I know better.  I understand that life is always changing!

You can go with the flow, learn a little from each experience and adapt👍
OR
You can quit and let it throw you off track 👎

Everyone struggles with maintaining healthy routines and habits because life is always shifting.
