I am on the Space Coast Dragon Boat Team. When participating in a festival, it is an all day event and it is essential to pack lots of food to maintain my energy. Betsy’s Go-To Snack Checklist
- Bars (here is a list of my top 3 protein bars)
- Smoothie (store in insulated cup)
- Nuts + Seeds
- Nut butter
- Fruit
- Banana chips (monitor sugar)
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Hummus packs
- Veggies
- Healthy crackers or rice cakes
- Quinoa Salad
- Energy Balls
- Avocado
- Tuna packets
- Plain yogurt
