How she gained control of anxiety and healed her metabolism

Today I’m going to share one of the most common things I see women who have spent years dieting struggle with when we start working together. 👯‍♀️

AND, I’m going to show you how you can overcome it.

But first, check out one of my clients, Ashlee, who struggled for YEARS with wanting to lose weight. ⚖️

Ashlee had been told numerous times by her doctor that she needed to lose weight.  She was having medical issues related to her weight gain that included physical pain, uncontrolled blood sugar, hormonal imbalance, bloat and gas just to name a few. 🩺

The problem was, Ashlee’s doctor wasn’t giving her any solutions on HOW to lose the weight.  She was too physically uncomfortable with low back and leg pain to start exercising and all the weight loss advice she read on the internet contradicted itself.   “When I first met Betsy, I was a mess! (and that is an understatement) I was drowning in advice from doctors, stacks of books that say they have the one and only way that works, and of course Dr. Google with contradicting information! I was lost and hopeless and in the process of trying to find the solution, my health just kept getting worse!  After the first appointment with Betsy, I was skeptical about the whole process and my usual anxious overwhelmed self took over. I have struggled with anxiety my whole life and never managed to find a way to deal with it. It took a few weeks but Betsy helped me break through the wall of anxiety and stress and after that everything seemed so doable. I learned to balance my meals without sacrificing flavor, and still managing my blood sugar levels. I have my energy back, no more pain with my sciatica, my mood swings are gone and I’m finally seeing weight come off! I had gotten to a point in my life where I just thought that was how I had to live my life and I was too far gone that it would never get better. I can say I’ve never been more wrong.. I feel confident and in control of my life once again.”

Not only did Ashlee struggle with knowing where to begin with losing weight, but also struggled with another important area related to dieting: Feelings of anxiety and hopelessness. 😓
