My mint plant is overflowing right now so I was inspired to make mojitos. Of course I had to manipulate the basic mojito recipe to make it healthier. I was able to eliminate the simple sugars and believe me, this recipe ROCKS!!!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 oz Raspberry Infused Rum
- 4 oz Natural Raspberry Seltzer
- Approximately 10 mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- Few raspberries
- Ice
Directions: Muddle or crush the mint and berries in your glass. Add ice, rum and seltzer. Squeeze in fresh lime and ENJOY!
