We all know that Pina Coladas are not good for us – boohoo. Well you are in luck – I concocted a light, low sugar version that tastes amazing! If you enjoy that coconut/pineapple flavor, you are going to love it!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 oz coconut vodka
- club soda (I prefer natural lime seltzer)
- splash of pineapple juice
- lime wedge
Directions: Fill a glass with ice. Add 1-2 oz of coconut vodka (depending on how strong you like it). Add at least 1/2 cup of club (I like to use a large glass and add more seltzer). Add splash of pineapple juice and squeeze of lime and stir.
