Are your EXCUSES legit?

I see a lot of excuses used for why people continue on the same unhealthy cycles that sabotage their health. Have you ever met that person who has an excuse for everything? Maybe YOU are struggling right now and have a lot of excuses too?

I know this may sound harsh and I know that some excuses are legit but please stay with me for a sec.

I currently work with a few single moms.  They may have limited resources (time, energy, and money) BUT they were fed up with always putting everyone in front of their needs.  They were sick of watching their health go down the toilet.  Instead of complaining and not taking action, they had even greater reason to change their situation.  I admire these amazing women who are working hard (with purpose) to improve their health and build lasting habits for their whole family.

I have worked with numerous CEO’s and BUSY working moms.  These dedicated individuals could not figure out how to add personal health to their daily juggling act.  Having no time and exhaustion are legitimate excuses BUT they could no longer afford to live this unbalanced and unhealthy life anymore.  It’s so rewarding helping these motivated people find true happiness with their reprioritized and simplified daily structure.
