3 Solutions to Realign Your Mind, Health and Future

If you are feeling stressed or anxious, here is a tool to help reverse these emotions.  It’s called the Law of Attraction.  I believe in it 100% because it works!  The Law of Attraction is quite simple…What you think and more importantly, what you feel is what you will attract more of in your life.   Here are two common examples:

  • If you are watching the news every day and you are continually thinking and worrying about sickness, you are attracting more fear and sickness.  On a scientific level, this makes sense as well.  Someone worrying all the time has elevated stress hormones which decreases immune function.  This person is definitely more prone to sickness.
  • If you continually talk negative about yourself (“I’m fat”, “I hate the flab around my belly”), you are most likely going to stay “fat” because that is what you are attracting.  You are fueling the unhealthy cycle with your negative thoughts and emotions.

Don’t you see?… When you hyperfocus on what you don’t want, you have nothing positive to gain.  NOTHING!  Here are three easy tips to transform your mind, your health and your future.

  1. Avoid or limit stuff that is feeding you negative info.  I don’t want you to be ignorant, but is would be smart to minimize your time watching news outlets.  It’s very rare that the news makes you smile.  If you have any friends or family who are extremely negative, you may want to limit your time.  Try to surround yourself with people that make you feel good.
  2. Be grateful!  Instead of thinking about sickness or “being fat”, be grateful for your health.  Be grateful for your eyesight to see the beauty in the world, your legs that allow you to stride through life, your lungs that provide breath 24/7.  You have so much to be grateful for!  The list is endless.  I dare you to start a gratitude journal.  Five minutes a day will transform your life.
  3. Anytime your mind goes to negative town (especially if the thought is looping in your mind), stop what you are doing a think of a Feel Good thought or memory.  Redirect yourself with something that warms your heart from the inside, like snuggling with your pet, a sincere hug from your child, or an awesome memory with friends.  Surround yourself with these happy photos for quick references.
