Papaya Lime Smoothie

I never thought garlic, lemon, honey, ginger and orange would taste so good in a smoothie, but it really does!  I like this smoothie recipe for it’s digestive purposes, and because of the tropical taste. 1 cup papaya 2 cup plain yogurt Juice of 1 lime 1 spoonful of local honey or raisins (optional)

Mango Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients 1.5-2 cups frozen mango chunks 1 fresh banana, cut into chunks 2 medium carrots, cut into chunks 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and rough-chopped 1 cup water ice Directions Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Add more water or juice until your desired consistency is reached.  Serve and enjoy!
