Favorite Pumpkin Recipes

I love pumpkin – it is so nutritious and has minimal sugar.  Adding pumpkin to recipes is a great way to enhance flavor and vitamins.   At this time of year, canned pumpkin is always at the store (or you are welcome to cook up your own pumpkin).  I have collaborated my 5 favorite pumpkin recipes that are healthy and easy to make.
