The Body Optimizer is an exclusive nutrition program designed for clients with health concerns who want to optimize their metabolism. Our Registered Dietitian, Betsy Markle, evaluates your nutritional needs and personal goals. A meal plan is developed specifically for you.

Our Registered Dietitian, Betsy Markle, meets with you for a comprehensive nutrition consultation, as well as quarterly meetings. A meal plan is tailored to meet your nutritional needs as well as your personal goals.

You provide us with your food preferences and we deliver you up to five small customized meals a day. Our meals and snacks are balanced with lean protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and tons of vegetables. Our meal plans are gluten and cow dairy free to help minimize inflammation in the body. We utilize the most natural ingredients, including organic produce, hormone free meats, and wild caught fish.

Additional Information

Food is delivered every Sunday & Wednesday evening, $10 per delivery.

There is a $75 start-up fee which includes meal delivery supplies and processing.

Family discounts are available, 25-40% off each additional person.

Supplement discounts are available with any meal delivery package.

What color should your stool be?

Obviously stool should be brown, but it can have a greenish tone if you eat a lot of green leafy vegetables. Also, your stool can turn green if you take too much iron. If your stool has a yellow tone, this may be linked to a more serious issue, like the Giardia parasite. more »
