Are all fats bad?


Not all fat is created equal. There are many fats that are good for us, such as the fat in fish (omega 3 fat), avocados, nuts, seeds, eggs, olives and coconuts. In general, monitor your amount of saturated fat intake and stay away from all hydrogenated oils.
